This early exposure to data-driven training is especially helpful for the youth athlete, who can more readily achieve their fullest potential. During training or competitions, AI-powered wearable devices and smart sensors capture real-time data of young athletes. All this data including statistics such as speed, heart rate is analyzed by the trained AI to provide information based on what individual users need. Coaches can use this information to design training programs which optimize in-season control as well workload monitoring between athletes. With AI-driven insights, athletes can refine their techniques, optimize their training, and gain a competitive edge. 

Plus AI is also benefitting in terms of injury prevention. By analyzing patterns in athletes’ movement, machine learning algorithms also can forecast the probability to get injured and interventions will be taken. It is hoped that it will allow young athletes to stay at the top of their game while also preventing them from putting themselves in danger.
